พาร์ค 24 และฟอลครัม แคปิตอล ร่วมลงนามสัญญาการลงทุนมูลค่ากว่า 2.3 พันล้านบาท ยืนยันความแข็งแกร่งของภาคอสังหาฯไทย

   บริษัท พราวด์ เรสซิเดนซ์ จำกัด ผู้พัฒนาพาร์ค 24 โครงการคอนโดมิเนียมสูงระดับไฮเอนด์ใจกลางเมือง และฟอลครัม แคปิตอล ลิมิเต็ด ร่วมกันลงนามในสัญญาการลงทุนมูลค่ากว่า 2.3 พันล้านบาท โดยมี ฯพณฯ สุวัจน์ ลิปตพัลลภ อดีตรองนายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนาม นับเป็นหนึ่งในสัญญาการลงทุนในโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทยโดยกองทุนต่างประเทศที่มีมูลค่าสูงที่สุด ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความแข็งแกร่งของภาคอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไทย ความเชื่อมั่นต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย และศักยภาพของโครงการคุณภาพสูงในทำเลใจกลางกรุงเทพฯที่นับวันจะหายากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ

   ฯพณฯ สุวัจน์ ลิปตพัลลภ อดีตรองนายกรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งให้เกียรติเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามสัญญา กล่าวว่า “เป็นเรื่องที่น่ายินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเชื่อมั่นด้านการลงทุนที่ต่างชาติมีต่อประเทศไทยและระบบเศรษฐกิจของไทย ประเทศไทยอยู่ในทำเลที่ตั้งที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของ AEC ศักยภาพในการเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยของนักลงทุนและนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติได้เปรียบกว่าทุกประเทศ โดยเฉพาะปัจจัยเสริมด้านความเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวของไทยด้วย”

    นายธงชัย บุศราพันธ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท พราวด์ เรสซิเดนซ์ จำกัด กล่าวว่า “คอนโดมิเนียมระดับไฮเอนด์ของไทยยังมีโอกาสที่ดีมากในการทำการตลาดในต่างประเทศ เนื่องจากการการจัดตั้งประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนหรือเออีซีในช่วงปลายปีนี้ จะส่งผลให้เศรษฐกิจไทยขยายตัวอย่างมากในฐานะศูนย์กลางของภูมิภาคอาเซียน จะมีชาวต่างชาติเป็นจำนวนมากย้ายเข้ามาพักอาศัยในทำเลที่เดินทางได้สะดวกในเขตกรุงเทพชั้นใน” “พาร์ค 24 เป็นโครงการที่ยังคงมีกระแสความต้องการและสอบถามถึงอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งจากผู้บริโภค และนักลงทุน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรายย่อย และสถาบัน การเปิดตัวโครงการเฟส 2 เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ก็ได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี เนื่องจากองค์ประกอบที่ดีเยี่ยม โดยเฉพาะทำเลที่ตั้งอันโดดเด่นบนพื้นที่ 12 ไร่ ใจกลางสุขุมวิท 24 ซึ่งเป็นย่านศูนย์กลางธุรกิจใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ ที่เป็นที่ต้องการมากที่สุดย่านหนึ่ง”  นายธงชัยกล่าว

Park 24 and Fulcrum Capital seal Bt 2.3-billion investment deal, 
affirming the strength in Thai property sector Proud Residences Co., Ltd., 

the developer of high-end urban high rise condominium  Park 24, and Fulcrum Capital Limited signed an investment agreement worth Baht2.3 billion, representing one of the largest investments in residential properties in the Thai real estate market by a foreign investment fund. The deal reflects the stability of Thai property sector, the strong investor sentiment on Thai economy and the relative scarcity of high quality assets in Bangkok’s CBD.

Mr. Suwat Liptapanlop, former Deputy Prime Minister, said “I’m particularly delighted by the success of the investment deal which reflects foreign investor’s confidence in Thailand and Thai economy. With its strategic geographic location in the ASEAN region, Thailand fares better than other neighboring countries as preferred residence for foreign investors and tourists. The strong tourism potential of Thailand is also a supporting factor.”

Mr. Thongchai Busrapan, Chief Executive Officer, Proud Residences Co., Ltd., revealed that “High end urban property projects in Bangkok will continue to see tremendous opportunities in foreign markets, particularly in light of the upcoming establishment of the Asean Economic Community, which will position Thailand as a major gateway to the region.
