EXIM BANK เปิดสรรหากรรมการผู้จัดการจนถึง 29 ม.ค. นี้
นายมนัส แจ่มเวหา ประธานกรรมการ ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) เปิดเผยว่า ในปี 2559 EXIM BANK จะใช้จุดแข็งในการเป็นสถาบันเงินเฉพาะกิจของรัฐทำงานอย่างแข็งขันร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของภาคการส่งออกและการพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน โดยระยะสั้นจะเร่งส่งเสริมให้ SMEs เข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนเพื่อนำไปใช้เริ่มต้นหรือขยายธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ในระยะยาวจะร่วมขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจเพื่ออนาคต ต่อยอดอุตสาหกรรมที่มีศักยภาพ เสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งของอุตสาหกรรมที่มีแนวโน้มเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาดโลกมากขึ้น อาทิ ดิจิทัล เชื้อเพลิงชีวภาพ เคมีชีวภาพ โลจิสติกส์ การแพทย์ครบวงจร เป็นต้น รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการลงทุนในพื้นที่ที่รัฐบาลส่งเสริมการลงทุน เช่น เขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษบริเวณชายแดน และเขตเศรษฐกิจในลักษณะคลัสเตอร์ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการลงทุนของเอกชนในกิจการของรัฐ EXIM BANK จึงกำลังสรรหาบุคคลเข้ามาดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ เพื่อบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้เป็นไปในทิศทางดังกล่าวนี้
ประธานกรรมการ EXIM BANK กล่าวว่า ผู้สมัครเข้ารับการคัดเลือกให้เป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการ EXIM BANK ต้องแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ ตลอดจนแนวคิดในเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่จะบริหารจัดการและพัฒนา EXIM BANK ตลอดวาระการดำรงตำแหน่ง 4 ปี ว่าจะทำอย่างไรให้ EXIM BANK มีบทบาทในเชิงรุก เสริมทีมเศรษฐกิจ-การคลังของประเทศให้แข็งแกร่ง ทำให้องค์กรบรรลุเป้าหมายและภารกิจดังกล่าวข้างต้น มีธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้เติบโตอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน อยู่เคียงข้างการดำเนินธุรกิจของภาคเอกชนและต่อยอดการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศสร้างแบรนด์สินค้าและบริการของไทยให้มีชื่อเสียงในตลาดโลก

EXIM Thailand Commences President Selection Process From Now till January 29, 2016
Mr. Manas Jamveha, Chairman of Board of Directors, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), reveals that in 2016 EXIM Thailand will take advantage of its position as a Specialized Financial Institution (SFI) to cooperate with both public and private sectors to drive Thailand’s export growth and overall sustainable development. In the short term, EXIM Thailand will accelerate its support for Thai SMEs to gain better access to funding sources assisting them to start up or expand their international businesses. In the longer term, it will enhance collaboration with other agencies to build up the strength of industrial sectors with good prospects such as digital, biofuel, biochemical, logistics, and fully-integrated medical services. Moreover, emphasis will also be placed in other government-promoted investment areas such as Special Economic Development Zone in the border areas and other economic zones for specific business clusters, as well as private sector investment in state-owned projects. Currently, EXIM Thailand is recruiting a candidate for the president position who can lead the Bank towards the above direction.
EXIM Thailand’s Chairman continues that the applicant will be required to demonstrate his/her vision and strategic thinking on how EXIM Thailand could adopt a proactive role in complementing the government’s economic and fiscal engine, achieving the above goals and missions, enhancing the Bank’s corporate governance instrumental to its sustainable growth and stability, promoting EXIM Thailand’s stance as a reliable business partner for the private sector and increasing global recognition of Thai product brands and services throughout the 4-year tenure as EXIM Thailand president.
From January 5-29, 2016 EXIM Thailand’s President Selection Committee chaired by Mr. Vichate Tantiwanich, Director, is recruiting a candidate who possesses appropriate qualifications to serve as EXIM Thailand’s president.
