KBANK กสิกรไทยแต่งตั้งผู้บริหาร

   คณะกรรมการธนาคารกสิกรไทย ประกาศแต่งตั้งนายศีลวัต สันติวิสัฎฐ์ เป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ดูแลสายงานผลิตภัณฑ์บรรษัทและผู้ประกอบการ และปรับเปลี่ยนการมอบหมายงานนายพัชร สมะลาภา เป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ซึ่งดูแลสายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าผู้ประกอบการและรักษาการผู้บริหารสายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าบรรษัท นางนพวรรณ  เจิมหรรษา เป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ดูแลสายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าบุคคลและเครือข่ายบริการ นายจงรัก รัตนเพียร เป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ดูแลสายงานการเงินและควบคุม

     นอกจากนี้ คณะกรรมการบริษัท ลีสซิ่งกสิกรไทย จำกัด ได้แต่งตั้ง นายทวี ธีระสุนทรวงศ์ เป็นประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท ลีสซิ่งกสิกรไทย จำกัด

      นายพัชร สมะลาภา ปัจจุบันอายุ 45 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาโท ด้านบริหารธุรกิจจาก Massachusetts Institute of Technology ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เริ่มเข้าทำงานที่ บริษัท Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Securities (UK) บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ภัทร จำกัด บริษัท เมอร์ริล ลินซ์ แอนด์ โก อิงค์ประเทศออสเตรเลีย และบริษัท เมอร์ริล ลินซ์ ประเทศไทย เป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน กสิกรไทย จำกัด และกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน กสิกรไทย จำกัด   ก่อนได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็น รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ดูแลสายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าผู้ประกอบการ และล่าสุดได้รับมอบหมายให้รักษาการผู้บริหารสายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าบรรษัท

      นายศีลวัต สันติวิสัฎฐ์ ปัจจุบันอายุ 52  ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี (เกียรตินิยมอันดับ 2) จากคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปริญญาโท ในสาขาเดียวกันจาก The University of Texas at Austin ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และรับปริญญาโทอีกใบ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ จากสถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจศศินทร์ แห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ ได้แก่ บริษัท เชลล์ แห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด บริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด บริษัท อินเตอร์แนชั่นแนลเอนจีเนียริง จำกัด เคยทำงานด้านธุรกิจการเงิน กับธนาคารซิตี้แบงก์ ธนาคารเอบีเอ็น แอมโร ธนาคารเอเชีย และรองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ สายงานสายสารสนเทศและปฏิบัติการ ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบีไทย ก่อนได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ธนาคารกสิกรไทย ดูแลสายงานผลิตภัณฑ์บรรษัทและผู้ประกอบการ

      นางนพวรรณ เจิมหรรษา ปัจจุบันอายุ 53 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโททางด้านบริหารธุรกิจจาก University of Michigan ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา  เริ่มทำงานที่ธนาคารกรุงเทพ และเข้าทำงานที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทยเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2555 ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ ก่อนรับการแต่งตั้งเป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ  สายงานผลิตภัณฑ์บรรษัทและผู้ประกอบการ  และเป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ สายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าบุคคลและเครือข่ายบริการ

      นายจงรัก รัตนเพียร ปัจจุบันอายุ 47 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทด้านการเงินจาก William Paterson University of New Jersey และ หลักสูตร Chartered Financial Analyst CFA Institute  ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เริ่มเข้าทำงานที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เมื่อปี 2545 ที่ฝ่ายบริหารเงิน เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารเงิน ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายอาวุโสฝ่ายบริหารเงิน ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ และประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน กสิกรไทย จำกัด รองกรรมการผู้จัดการสายงานธุรกิจลูกค้าบรรษัท และล่าสุดเป็นรองกรรมการผู้จัดการ สายงานการเงินและควบคุม   

      นายทวี ธีระสุนทรวงศ์ ปัจจุบันอายุ 48 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์  มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ปริญญาโท บริหารธุรกิจ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และปริญญาโท ด้านสถิติ  สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ เริ่มเข้าทำงานที่ธนาคารกสิกรไทย เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2546 ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายสหบรรษัทธนกิจ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายเครือข่ายลูกค้าผู้ประกอบการ และผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ  รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ ก่อนได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท   ลีสซิ่งกสิกรไทย จำกัด

KBank appoints Executive Vice Presidents

      KASIKORNBANK’s Board of Directors has appointed the following executives: Mr. Silawat Santivisat as Executive Vice President supervising the Corporate and SME Products Division; Mr. Patchara Samalapa as Executive Vice President supervising the SME Business Division and Acting Corporate Business Division Head; Ms. Noppawan Jermhansa as Executive Vice President supervising the Retail Business Division; and Mr. Chongrak Rattanapian as Executive Vice President supervising the Finance and Control Division.

    In addition, KASIKORN LEASING’s Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Thawee Teerasoontornwong as KLeasing Executive Chairman.

     Mr. Patchara Samalapa, 45, graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, U.S.A. He began his career at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Securities (UK), also working at Phatra Securities Co., Ltd., Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., Australia, and Merrill Lynch, Thailand, before joining KASIKORN ASSET MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., in the positions of Executive Vice President and Managing Director. He has been appointed KBank Executive Vice President supervising the SME Business Division, and also Acting Corporate Business Division Head.

    Mr. Silawat Santivisat, 52, graduated with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Second Class Honor) from the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University; a Master of Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, U.S.A.; and a Master of Management from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University. Before joining KBank in the position of Executive Vice President supervising the Corporate and SME Products Division, he worked with various major corporations including Shell Company of Thailand Ltd., True Corporation Co., Ltd., and International Engineering Pcl., as well as those in the financial industry, e.g., Citibank, ABN AMRO Bank, Bank of Asia, and CIMB Thai Bank, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President for the Information Technology and Operation Division.

     Ms. Noppawan Jermhansa, 53, graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, U.S.A. She began her career at Bangkok Bank, before moving to KBank in 2012 as First Senior Vice President, before her promotion to Executive Vice President for the Corporate and SME Products Division, and now Executive Vice President for the Retail Business Division.

    Mr. Chongrak Rattanapian, 47, graduated with a Master of Finance from William Paterson University of New Jersey, U.S.A. and completed the CFA Program from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, U.S.A. He started his career at KBank’s Central Treasury Department in 2002 as First Vice President, and later Senior Vice President, of the same department. Mr. Chongrak’s other positions before his promotion to Executive Vice President for the Finance and Control Division included KBank First Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President, KAsset Executive Chairman, and KBank Executive Vice President for the Corporate Business Division.

     Mr. Thawee Teerasoontornwong, 48, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, a Master of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University, and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). Joining KBank in 2003, he assumed the roles of First Vice President for the Multi-Corporate Business Department, First Vice President for the SME Business Network Department, First Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President, and is now KLeasing Executive Chairman.
