EXIM BANK แต่งตั้งผู้อำนวยการฝ่าย ดูแลงานทรัพยากรบุคคล กลยุทธ์การตลาด และบริหารความเสี่ยง
EXIM BANK แต่งตั้งนางดารณี ธีรธนากร เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล นางเศรษฐสุดา ตุลยธัญ เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกลยุทธ์การตลาด และนางปาริสา ภัคดุรงค์ เป็นผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารความเสี่ยง ทั้งนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป
ธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM BANK) แต่งตั้งนางดารณี ธีรธนากร เป็นผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ดูแลงานด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล การวางแผนและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล และงานด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของ EXIM BANK นางเศรษฐสุดา ตุลยธัญ เป็นผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกลยุทธ์การตลาด ดูแลงานด้านการวางแผนการตลาดและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ดำเนินงานส่งเสริมการตลาดและรัฐกิจสัมพันธ์ และพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจส่งออก และนางปาริสา ภัคดุรงค์ เป็นผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารความเสี่ยง ดูแลงานการพัฒนานโยบายและเครื่องมือบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของธนาคารในด้านต่างๆ โดยสอดคล้องและเป็นไปตามแนวทางของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) และ Basel II ทั้งนี้ มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป
นางดารณีจบการศึกษาปริญญาโท สาขาการจัดการ สถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจศศินทร์ และสาขาภาษาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ เคยเป็นผู้อำนวยการบริหาร ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท โมบิลออยล์ ไทยแลนด์ จำกัด และล่าสุดเป็นผู้อำนวยการบริหารฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล ดูแลภูมิภาคอินโดไชน่า บริษัท เนสท์เล่ (ไทย) จำกัด ก่อนจะเข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK
นางเศรษฐสุดาจบการศึกษาปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน สถาบันบัณฑิตบริหารธุรกิจศศินทร์ และปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน มหาวิทยาลัยแคลิฟอร์เนีย สเตท ลอสแอนเจลิส สหรัฐอเมริกา ภายหลังร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ในปี 2539 ได้รับตำแหน่งเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายโครงการระหว่างประเทศในปี 2549 และ 2552 ตามลำดับ
นางปาริสาจบการศึกษาปริญญาโท สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีแห่งเอเชีย และปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงินและการธนาคาร คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมงานกับ EXIM BANK ในตำแหน่งรองผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารความเสี่ยงเมื่อปี 2553
EXIM Thailand Appoints New Department Heads for Human Resources, Marketing Strategy and Risk Management Affairs
EXIM Thailand appointed Mrs. Daranee Tiradnakorn as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Department, Mrs. Setasuda Tulyathan as First Vice President of Marketing Strategy Department, and Mrs. Parisa Phakdurong as First Vice President of Office of Risk Management, effective on October 1, 2016.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand) appointed Mrs. Daranee Tiradnakorn as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Department, overseeing human resources management, workforce planning and development as well as CSR activities, Mrs. Setasuda Tulyathan as First Vice President of Marketing Strategy Department, supervising marketing strategy formulation and product development, as well as marketing activities, government relations and export entrepreneurs development, and Mrs. Parisa Phakdurong as First Vice President of Office of Risk Management, overseeing the Bank’s risk management operations and policy formulation in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and Basel II framework. The appointments became effective on October 1, 2016.
Mrs. Daranee obtained master’s degrees in management of business administration from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, and applied linguistics from Mahidol University, and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English from Prince of Songkla University. She worked as Director of Human Resources, Mobil Oil Thailand Co., Ltd., and recently as Director of Human Resources, Indochina Region, Nestlé (Thailand) Limited, before joining EXIM Thailand.
Mrs. Setasuda obtained a master’s degree in finance from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Los Angeles, US. After joining EXIM Thailand in 1996, she was appointed as Assistant Vice President and Vice President of International Project Department in 2006 and 2009, respectively.
Mrs. Parisa received a master’s degree in business administration from ASIAN Institute of Technology (AIT), and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University. She joined EXIM Thailand as Vice President of Office of Risk Management in 2010.
