📍ส.อ.ท. ให้การต้อนรับองค์การทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาโลก หารือความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน
วันที่ 30 มกราคม 2567 นายกิตติ ตั้งจิตรมณีศักดา รองประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) และ ดร.นิลสุวรรณ ลีลารัศมี รองประธาน ส.อ.ท. พร้อมนายนำชัย เอกพัฒนพานิชย์ รองเลขาธิการ ส.อ.ท. และกรรมการ ส.อ.ท. คณะกรรมการกฎหมาย ให้การต้อนรับ Mr. Kenichiro Natsume ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการใหญ่องค์การทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาโลก (World Intellectual Property Organization: WIPO) สำนักงานใหญ่ ณ นครเจนีวา นางสาวฐิตาภา วัฒนพฤติไพศาล ผู้อำนวยการองค์การทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาโลก ประจำประเทศสิงคโปร์ และคณะผู้แทนจาก WIPO เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือเกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ความรู้ สร้างความตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา สิทธิบัตร และเครื่องหมายการค้า รวมทั้งกระบวนการจดทะเบียน และตรวจสอบความเป็นเจ้าของให้แก่สมาชิก ส.อ.ท. ณ ห้องประชุม PASSION 802 ชั้น 8 ส.อ.ท.
ผู้แทน ส.อ.ท. ได้ให้ความเห็นว่า ในส่วนของการประชาสัมพันธ์หรือการให้ความรู้ด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญานั้น ควรแสดงให้เห็นประโยชน์จากการได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ผู้ประกอบการเห็นความสำคัญของกฎหมายดังกล่าว รวมทั้ง ควรใช้ข้อความที่เข้าใจได้ง่ายในการสื่อสาร เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถทำความเข้าใจได้ง่ายขึ้น
📍 FTI welcomes WIPO for talk on collaboration
On 30 January 2024, Mr. Kitti Tangjitrmaneesakda, vice chairman and Dr. Nilsuwan Leelarasamee, vice chairman, Mr. Numchai Ekpatanaparnich, deputy secretary general including the committees and the legal affairs committees of FTI welcomed Mr. Kenichiro Natsume, Assistant Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Headquarters, Geneva, Ms. Thitapha Wattanapruttipaisan, director of WIPO Singapore office and the representatives from WIPO at Passion room (802), 8th Floor, FTI. The parties discussed the collaboration of knowledge dissemination and awareness raising on intellectual property, patents and trademarks including registration process and intellectual property audit to FTI members.
FTI representatives suggested that the awareness and knowledge dissemination on intellectual property should exhibit the benefits of law protection to incentivize entrepreneurs to realize its importance and the message to communicate should be clear and easy to understand.
